Dean graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1990 with a Bachelor of Commerce and immediately entered the financial planning profession. He joined Cherry Financial Services in 1998,. He held the position of Chair of the Saskatchewan Life Insurance Council and was a member of the council from 2002 to 2010. Dean is a member of Advocis, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada.
Dean volunteered as the goaltender coach of the University of Saskatchewan Huskies Women’s Hockey Team from 2004 to 2013. He was part of the Canada West Championship team in 2012, which also won a bronze medal at the Canadian Championships.
Dean has 3 children, son Coleman, and two daughters Kennedy and Claire, all having graduated from the University of Saskatchewan. His beautiful bride of 29 years Natalie is his business partner and best friend.
Ben is a life, disability and group insurance broker as well as investment representative working with Cherry Financial since 2010. He started in financial services to be closer to his young family, previously working for Environment Canada which took him out of town often. His goal is to help clients create and implement insurance and investment plans based on their specific situation and goals. Listening and understanding client’s needs is Ben’s priority, providing strategies to fulfill those particular requirements. Following up with regular service and updates for client’s accounts is critical to their long term success. Impacting a positive future for clients is what he strives to accomplish.
Outside of work, Ben spends time with his wife Kirsten and two daughters. He enjoys staying active going to the gym, and playing basketball and floor hockey. He loves being outside, especially finding adventure all over Western Canada on a snowmobile in winter, enjoying the family cabin in summer, and hiking in the mountains.
Craig convocated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1999 with a Bachelor of Commerce and immediately entered the financial services industry. Craig joined Cherry Financial in 2012. Craig is a full service financial advisor with a focus on investments and retirement planning.
Craig has been actively involved with the POW City Kinsmen since 2004 and proudly served as the facilities chair for Telemiracle 37.
Craig has one son Drew and his lovely wife Tricia, who is a research Manager with Agriculture and Agrifood Canada. Craig is a lifelong Saskatchewan Roughriders fan who has had season tickets with his aunt and parents since 1982. He now shares the joy of Roughrider football games with Tricia and Drew
